By accessing and browsing the Site, you accept, without limitation or qualification, the Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

You acknowledge that the Site itself, as well as all the content, features, appearance and functionalities published on the Site are the property of the Company [Dr. Anais, LLC]. Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use, the Company hereby grants you a limited license, which is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable, to access, view, and use the Site solely for your personal purposes. No Company Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, distributed, used for public or commercial purposes, or downloaded in any way unless written permission is expressly granted by the Company. Modification of the Content or use of the Content for any other purpose is a violation of the copyright and other proprietary rights of the Company and may be subject to monetary damages and penalties. You may not distribute, modify, transmit or use the content of the Site or any Content, including any and all software, tools, graphics and/or sound files, for public or commercial purposes without the express written permission of the Company.

Dr. Anais has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its Internet web site and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Dr. Anais of the site. Use of any such linked web site is at the user's own risk.

 

Registration and membership

When you register with this Site, you expressly consent to receive any notices, announcements, agreements, disclosures, reports, documents, communications concerning new products or services, or other records or correspondence from the Company. You consent to receive notices electronically by way of transmitting the notice to you by email.

 

Bookings and Payments 

The price payable for Services your order will be displayed prior to you placing the order with us. We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the Services that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us, our partner Wix will confirm that your order had been accepted by sending an email to you. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. By registering for one of our Services, you agree that you will pay the applicable fees for the Service. You agree that we will charge your credit/debit card.

If any details in your order are incorrect or incomplete, please contact us. Despite our efforts to avoid any mistakes, there may be occasions when details or prices are inaccurate on the Website, or when technical errors occur.

 

Cancellation and refunds

Themed courses: Full refunds will be accepted until one week before the course starts. After that time - and because of the limited amounts of seats in the class -, your booking will be locked in an refunds will not be issued. Please contact me if you have any problem. 

Private lessons: To cancel or reschedule, please contact me 24 hours ahead of our appointment. Full refunds will be allowed up to 24 hours prior to the appointment. If you have to cancel less than 12 hours ahead, no refund will be issued.

 

Online Code of Conduct

Dr. Anaïs thrives to build a safe community where everyone feels welcome, especially those who suffer from oppression outside of the community. When and if interacting with other members of the community, or with us, we demand that you:

  • Use a respectful language. No verbal attack, threat, insult or slur will be tolerated.

  • Please be careful in the words that you choose to share your ideas. No sexist, racist and other exclusionary comments will be tolerated.

  • Be considerate of people’s differences and respectful of their opinion.

 

Termination Clause

If you no longer wish to have a registered account, you may terminate your account by sending an email to us. If, for any reason, we believe you have not complied with these terms and conditions, we may terminate your access to the Site, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your account. 

Revisions and errata

The materials appearing on Dr. Anais's web site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Dr. Anais does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. Dr. Anais may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. Dr. Anais does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Company be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, punitive, reliance or consequential damages, whether foreseeable or not, including, but not limited to, damage or loss of property, equipment, information or data, loss of profits, revenue or goodwill, cost of capital, cost of replacement services, or claims for service interruptions or transmission problems, occasioned by any defect in the site, the content, and/or related materials, the inability to use services provided hereunder or any other cause whatsoever with respect thereto, regardless of theory of liability. This limitation will apply even if the company has been advised or is aware of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law
